How important it is to not “feel limited” and experience the freedom and joys of living by always being connected to the “ soul mind” So easy to get trapped in day to day living and negative thinking of others.
The more I read the book, the more I am amazed at the deep knowledge that has been embedded in such simple and understandable text. Since I too listen to a lot of talks by swami survapriyanand of the Ramakrishna Mission, the book resonates enormously. While I have not at all succeeded in practicing his teachings, I am at least aware of them.
This book is very well written and offers a fabulous perspective on how we can adapt our mind and find soul- utions ( my favourite word from the book ) at any age or stage in life . As an avid seeker and reader I cannot recommend this enough

However, with vast available yogic practices, we fall prey to perplexity about the path of salvation and solitude. Beyond the demands of materialistic pleasure, this book is an immaculate mentor.
Spread across Seven chunks, this book deals with spiritual path finding plus a storehouse of knowledge and wisdom. Authors offer tools, self-assessment techniques, examples, and practices for readers that are viable and equally adaptable in day-to-day life.
With self-perception as a key ingredient, authors weave a meaningful path well-stuffed with use cases, yogic practices, and exercises. As an addendum, the authors emphasize mental wellness and mind control.
My favorite chapter is Spiritual Consciousness and Realistic Manifestation, where I spent most of my reading time. The author(s) deduce yogic well-being and states of consciousness beyond the caste and religious rituals. I thank the author(s) for furnishing the Soul Mind Kriya framework for the readers' benefit.
